Returns & Exchanges

At Youtopian Home, we want you to love every piece of your sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
